libwsbm-dev software package provides Buffer manager for the GPU of Intel Cedar Trail chipsets., you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwsbm-dev
libwsbm-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwsbm-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwsbm-dev *
You will get with libwsbm-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
